The purpose of this research project is to support the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan (referred to as EPA hereinafter) functioning as the Secretariat of the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Executive Yuan (referred to as NCSD hereinafter) as well as the Department of Air Quality Protection of the EPA serving as the staff unit for the International Environmental Protection of the NCSD on their planning and undertaking with respect to international environmental affairs.
